Outreach
Vietnam is a country in Southeast Asia that stretches over 2600 kilometres in length and has a population of more than 90 million people. As a result, Vietnam is a very diverse nation with many different people groups and a range of varying needs. You will have the opportunity to meet people from different villages, as well as see the beautiful landscape as you travel throughout areas of Vietnam.
A specific need of the Vietnamese Hmong people group is access to Bibles printed in their own language. Your team can supply valuable Bibles by bringing them with you to Vietnam, and then, as your own guided motorbike tour group, you will distribute these to pastors in small villages around Vietnam. In addition, you will provide valuable prayer and encouragement to Christians serving under difficult circumstances. You will also have the opportunity to work in orphanages and youth centres, teaching English and providing practical assistance where needed. This will be a challenging, but eye-opening experience.
Please note: In order to participate in this outreach, you must be 18+ and have a full New Zealand motorbike licence.
