1. Send in your Group Application Form (Form 1) along with your non-refundable $40 NZ per person application fee. This reserves a spot for your group.

2. Send in the Group Name List (Form 2) along with your non-refundable $200 NZ per person deposit. The Mission Adventures registrar will contact you to confirm flights, and this deposit will be used to secure plane tickets for your group.

3. The next payment of around $1200 NZ per person is due three months prior to the start date of your mission trip. Each person must also submit an Authorisation Form and a photocopy of their passport at this time. Please note there is a separate form for minors (under 18 years of age) and adults. All participants must sign and date the appropriate form in order to participate in our programmes.

4. The balance of fees is due one month prior to the start date of your mission trip.
